MyLikes: Scam or Not?

I got an email from someone who wanted to know if I was familiar with a new PPC program. It's called "MyLikes" and supposedly you get paid to "like" different ads. My unofficial work from home review is a positive one. This one is not a scam.
I went to the website to poke around and see if it was "the fastest way to make money", as the sender called it. From the looks of it, it's a great idea. Here's how it works:

1. Sign up.
2. Choose ads that are relevant to you and friends/followers. There are ads for some of everything. There are surveys, and mobile coupons you can actually use.
3. Post/create links to your sponsored "likes".
4. When your friends/followers click on your like, you make money.

This is a lucrative way to make extra money. I'm not saying you're going to get rich from it. But you can utilize it as a multiple stream of residual income.
